The present invention includes: a first process extraction part (100) extracting brightness and depth information (110) regarding an object; a second process generation part (200) generating a CGH (210) by inputting the object information extracted by the first process part; and a third process restoration part (300) performing digital restoration in a computer and optical restoration (320) in a display device on the CGH (210) generated by the second process generation part (200). The restoration is performed with a CGH (210) image generated by the use of a correlation between elements given by the first process extraction part (100) and the second process generation part (200) for the optimization of the third process restoration part (300). The present invention, which fulfills an experiment and education function for the learning and experiencing of the concept of digital hologram technology, provides a method for restoring originally multiple object viewpoint information and an experiment device configuration and an experiment learning method for the object restoration. The present invention has a simple experiment configuration element and thus is easy to understand. In addition, the present invention is inexpensive because it requires no physical optical equipment.
