Disassembling and hoisting methods and arrangements of the swing bearing of a wind turbine have been disclosed after dismantling the wing from the rotor hub of the wind turbine. The arrangement and method allows the wind turbine to be lowered and raised without the need for a large heavyweight crane to allow replacement to be cost-effective. The arrangement includes a first pulley mounted at the bottom of the wind turbine, a second pulley mounted in the rotor hub, and a lift line passing over the third pulley mounted in the first pulley, the second pulley and the carrier. Carriers support pivoting bearings when lifting and lowering, which is achieved through adjustment operations of land winch, lift line and tag line. The rigging facility is also attached to a swivel bearing that is lowered to facilitate transportation.
