The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic composition comprising a fermented extract of Morinda citrifolia produced by a method for culturing Morinda citrifolia with microorganisms such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus, or Bacillus sp.; and to a makeup method. According to the present invention, the fermented extract of Morinda citrifolia promotes the synthesis of collagen which is a protein forming a derma matrix, and effectively alleviates skin wrinkles and improves elasticity, thereby being used for alleviating skin wrinkles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
