The present invention relates to a cosmetic refill container having a cosmetic liquid overflow preventing structure including: a container main body (110) having a cosmetic accommodating space; a lid (120) opened and closed by a structure of a butterfly hinge (130) provided on one side with respect to the container main body and provided with a lock portion (140) on the other side; wedge coupling portions (150) formed to correspond to each other on an open boundary surface of the container main body and the lid; and a discharge cover (160) where a hooking step (162) is formed to extend inside an upper end, wherein the hooking step is provided in the cosmetic accommodating space of the container main body and preventing deviation of cosmetics accommodated therein. In addition, a cosmetic liquid overflow preventing means (170) is configured to be coupled with an upper surface of the discharge cover and a corresponding surface of the lid so that cosmetic liquid overflow from the cosmetic accommodating space is prevented. According to the present invention, cosmetic liquid leakage to the outside or overflow into the wedge coupling portions (150) is suppressed to the maximum extent possible or prevented when a cosmetic product containing the highly viscous cosmetic liquid is portably used, which results in a clean use of the cosmetics.
