The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating male climacteric syndrome, containing a fermented Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating male climacteric syndrome, which is produced by the following steps: drying Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev.; acquiring a Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract by adding a polar solvent to the dried Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev.; and inoculating lactobacillus into the Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract so as to carry out lactic acid fermentation. By containing the fermented Dendropanax morbiferus H.
