According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a microwave scanning apparatus of a microwave tomography system including a water tank filled with a matching solution, includes an array antenna for transmitting and receiving microwaves in the water tank; a rotation driving part for rotating the water tank; and an up and down driving part for moving the array antenna up and down.
