Disclosed are an attachment connection device for a tractor loader and a loader for a tractor including the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the attachment connection device is a device of connecting a boom of the loader attached to a tractor to an attachment to be detached. The attachment connection device comprises: a connection unit comprising a pair of couplers facing each other and connecting the boom and the attachment, and a connection frame connecting the pair of couplers; a pair of lock units including a lock pin installed in each of the pair of couplers to ascend and descend and a connecting rod connected to the upper part of the lock pin to be curved; an operation lever installed at the center of the connection frame; and an operation link unit connecting the pair of lock units to the operation lever to be engaged.
