The present invention relates to a free space coherence optical communication device for automatic compensation of a phase noise in the atmosphere using an optical comb of a femtosecond laser and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a free space coherence optical communication device for automatic compensation of a phase noise in the atmosphere using an optical comb of a femtosecond laser, capable of previously compensating the phase noise due to atmospheric disturbance in a transmission terminal and a method thereof. The free space coherence optical communication device for automatic compensation of a phase noise in the atmosphere using an optical comb of a femtosecond laser according to the present invention includes a first light source unit, a second light source unit, a modulation unit which generates modulated light, a compensation unit which generates transmission light, a light transmission unit which transmits the transmission light, and a light reception unit which receives reflected light.
