The present invention relates to a double metallic barrier device of a cargo hold for an LNG carrier, which can minimize processing of a panel by minimizing a fixing unit when the panel for a double metallic barrier structure is installed and enables a metallic membrane used for a primary barrier to be used for a secondary barrier, and a manufacturing method for the same. The double metallic barrier device of the cargo hold for an LNG carrier comprises: the secondary barrier formed as secondary panels installed in a hull by being flattened by the leveling wedge are connected; the primary barrier, wherein corners of primary panels are fixed to the upper part of the secondary barrier and the metallic membrane is welded in the upper part of the primary barrier; and a primary panel fixing unit including a primary panel fixing bolt installed on the surface of the secondary panels at a same position and a primary panel nut fixing the upper part of the corners of the primary panels located around the primary panel fixing bolt. The double metallic barrier device of the cargo hold for an LNG carrier can minimize the processing of the panel by minimizing a fixing unit when the panel for the double metallic barrier structure is installed. The double metallic barrier device of the cargo hold for an LNG carrier can solve difficulty of an action to thermal deflection in case there are many fixing points in an extremely low temperature environment and can reduce manufacturing and installation costs of the cargo hole for an LNG carrier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
