The present invention relates to a system and method for transferring an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) by using a drone. A system for transferring an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) by using a drone according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a control center; and a drone which accommodates an AED. In this case, the drone may comprise a communication unit adapted to perform wireless communication with the control center, an AED accommodation unit adapted to accommodate the AED, a flight unit adapted to perform an operation of flight, an output unit adapted to transfer visual and sound information, provided by the control center, to the outside, an information acquisition unit adapted to acquire information about a location and information about an environment around the drone, and a control unit adapted to control operations of the communication unit, the AED accommodation unit, the flight unit, the output unit, and the information acquisition unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
