KB1 Endophytic Bacillus thuringiensis KB1 strain having controlling activity against plant pathogen and uses thereof

The present invention relates to a Bacillus thuringiensis KB1 strain which is endophytic bacteria having a controlling activity with respect to a plant pathogen causing plant diseases; a plant pathogen controlling composition including the strain or a culturing liquid thereof as an active ingredient; a method for producing a plant pathogen controlling composition, wherein the method comprises a step of culturing the strain; and a method for controlling a plant pathogen, wherein the method comprises a step of treating an effective amount of the strain or a culturing liquid thereof in a plant, a seed of the plant, or a culture medium. The Bacillus thuringiensis KB1 strain of the present invention has an advantage in ceaselessly providing a useful effect to a plant in a step of interacting with a plant through symbiosis with the plant. In particular, when a plant disease occurs, an antagonistic effect in inhibiting the growth of a plant pathogen can be more effectively shown. Thus, it has been confirmed that the strain is very useful as a biologically controlling microorganism formulation.
