The present invention relates to a tuned liquid column damper, capable of controlling multi-directional vibrations by forming the tuned liquid column damper in a rectangular shape. To this end, according to the present invention, the tuned liquid column damper comprises: four vertical pipes with closed lower end parts; and four horizontal pipes connecting each of the vertical pipes, wherein it is preferable to open all parts connecting the horizontal pipes with each of the vertical pipes such that each of the vertical pipes and the horizontal pipes shares liquid stored inside. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of controlling vibrations in multi-directions by forming a TLCD in a rectangular shape, addition of weight can be minimized, a cost for installation can be reduced since an existing structure of an offshore structure is used, and vibration reduction is achieved as the rectangular-shaped TLCD is formed in multiple stages.
