The present invention relates to a simple device and a simple method for ammonia measurement and, more particularly, to a simple device and a simple method for measuring ammonia from concrete mortar. The present invention can be conveniently operated, is highly mobile, and is capable of measuring in a convenient way ammonia resulting from concrete or cement mortar by the use of an air volume measuring device and a detector tube in compliance with the KS Standards. The present invention is made up of an air volume measuring device (10) that is made up of a pressure gauge (12), an exhaust plate (13), an air regulation plate (14), a pump air chamber (15), and a pressure balance plate (16) positioned on a lid as an upper portion with four clamps (17) positioned at regular intervals on a circumferential surface of the lid configured to have a circular shape and a cork (18) positioned between the clamps (17), a silicone hose (20) having one side surface coupled with the cork (18), and a detector tube (30) coupled with the other side surface of the silicone hose (20).
