The present invention provides a chicken wing processing method for processing a chicken wing prior to cooking so as to be able to eat the chicken wing easily and to cook using the inside of the chicken wing. The chicken wing processing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a chicken wing including flesh, cartilage, and bone; separating the cartilage and the bone inside the chicken wing from the flesh; and removing the cartilage and the bone separated from the flesh outside the chicken wings to clean the flesh.
