The present invention relates to a technology for predicting risks of developing genetic disorders, enabling a simultaneous analysis for a plurality of DNA samples of an individual by applying sample pooling. According to the present invention, it is possible to check existence of genetic mutation, and also to select the individual having the genetic mutation.
