The present invention relates to a punching apparatus having a cutter die, integrally forming, in a cutter die, a drain path to guide scraps generated by punching to be discharged by air and a blade to cut a material. According to the present invention, the punching apparatus comprises: an upper and a lower body (100, 200) installed in a separated position to be faced with each other; a lower die installed in the upper side of the lower body (200) and installed to be able to slide forward and rearward; a lower rail (220) installed in the upper side of the lower body (200) and supporting the lower die (210) to be slid forward and rearward; the cutter die (300) installed in the upper side of the lower die (210) and piercing a material; an upper support (110) installed in the lower side of the upper body (100), and fixating and supporting the cutter die (300); and a discharge means installed on one side of the cutter die (300) and forcibly discharging the scraps of the material generated by a punching work of the cutter die (300). Thereby, work efficiency is enhanced and continuous punching is realized.
