SYSTEM FOR COLLECTING AND ANALYZING ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION DATA ASSOCIATED WITH REGIONAL INDUSTRY AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a system for collecting and analyzing environment information data related to local industry and a method thereof, which include: at least one data collecting device for collecting and transmitting environment information data related to local industry by using a plurality of sensors; a data storage unit for receiving the environment information data transmitted from the data collecting device to build a database over the sensor and store the database, and based on the database, to build and store a database of ontology information data expressed with an ontology web language (OWL); and a data analyzing server for receiving the OWL ontology information data together with the sensor-specific environment information data stored in the data storage unit to convert the received data into an extensible markup language (XML) document, create sensor data ontology by using the converted XML document and user queries inputted through a user terminal, semantically infer and analyze the created sensor data ontology by using a preset ontology inference engine, and provide the result to the user terminal. Accordingly, meaningful information is provided to the user in various forms, and an operator is able to independently operate the local industry for oneself without assists of an expert.
