According to the present invention, a system for matching an over-the-counter stock investor comprises: a member information storage unit to receive member information from terminals of at least one investment expert and at least one investor to store the member information; an investment request information storage unit to store investment request information including at least one among an investment record of the investment expert, information of a product which is an investment target, an investment capital scale for investment, an investment raising amount, a profit distribution condition, and an investment period; an investment request information evaluation unit to evaluate the investment request information, and adjust an investment ratio in the investment capital scale in accordance with an evaluation result to correct the investment request information; and an investment information storage unit to transmit the evaluated investment request information to the terminal of the investor, and respond to the investment request information to approve investment information including whether to invest and an investment from the terminal to store the investment information.
