Manufacturing method of building and constructing materials of energy saving type using organic and inorganic waste materials and manufacturing system used therein

The present invention relates to a system and a method for manufacturing an energy-saving building and construction material by using organic and inorganic wastes, wherein the building or construction material is manufactured in a single system and by mixing various inorganic wastes with organic and inorganic wastes of water purification, sewage, and wastewater sludge, or organic wastes of food wastes or livestock manure. According to the present invention, a first step, a second step, and a third step are integrally configured. In the first step, organic and inorganic first raw materials of the water purification, sewage, and wastewater sludge are collected, dried, crushed, and formed and the materials are manufactured into the building or construction material. In the second step, a liquid fertilizer is manufactured by the use of condensate water generated during drying of an organic second raw material of the food wastes or the livestock manure. In the third step, parts of the first raw material and the second raw material are used as heat sources through collection and combustion by the use of wood chips. The first step, the second step, and the third step are selectively operated in response to the input of the first raw material or the second raw material.
