The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis SCBH1437 strain for generating auxin, having an extracellular enzyme secreting function, and having an antifungal activity with respect to a plant disease pathogen; to a plant disease controlling microbial formulation including the Bacillus subtilis SCBH1437 strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient; and to a method for controlling a plant disease, wherein the method comprises a step of treating an effective amount of the Bacillus subtilis SCBH1437 strain or the culture medium thereof in a plant or a soil. Accordingly, the present invention can be very useful in developing a microbial agricultural pesticide which is environmentally-friendly and can replace an agricultural chemical or a chemical fertilizer.
