The present invention relates to a start-up expense evaluation and calculation system using big data and a curation system, capable of confirming an estimate about an input item in real time. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a user system to input each item for constructions and facilities for start-up desired by a user, and to receive and display an estimate about the inputted constructions and facilities; and an estimation server connected to the user system through an Internet network, including a database, transmitting data of a list and photos required for start-up of various kinds of shops, and information about the shop start-up constructions and facilities to the user system through the Internet network, receiving the information about the constructions and facilities selected by the user among the transmitted shop start-up constructions and facilities to calculate expenses required for shop start-up, so as to transmit expense data to the user system. The database stores information about the shop start-up constructions and facilities including: items required for a corresponding construction by a type of various kinds of shop start-up constructions and facilities; the data of a list about preparation particular information required for the shop start-up by each item; the photo data corresponding to the data of the list; and an individual price of each constructor, and personnel expenses required for each construction item and each facility material.
