The present invention relates to a polymer compound comprising a benzodithiophene unit and bis-tolane forming a partially integrated structure with the benzodithiophene, and an energy conversion device using the same. Particularly, the present invention provides a polymer compound comprising a benzodithiophene unit and bis-tolane forming a partially integrated structure with the benzodithiophene, and represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n represents an integer of 5-100; R_1, R_2, R_3, R_4, R_5, R_6, R_7, R_8, R_9 and R_10 are the same or different, and each independently represents any one selected from H, F, Br, Cl, NO_2, CN, a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl group and a C1-C20 linear or branched alkoxybenzene group; and A represents an electron-accepting aromatic compound.
