The present invention relates to a directional control apparatus for a differential optical absorption spectroscopy detecting atmospheric gas. The directional control apparatus of the present invention comprises: a plurality of light emitting diodes; an optical fiber arrangement arranged to be coupled to the light emitting diodes; an optical signal transmitting/receiving unit which receives an optical signal emitted from an optical fiber, and passed through an open optical path; an optical formation providing unit which provides an optical formation of an output light of the optical fiber arrangement to allow the optical signal to correspond to a focus of the optical fiber arrangement; a reflector which reflects the optical signal transmitted from the optical signal transmitting/receiving unit; a spectrometer which receives the optical signal reflected from the reflector; and a data processing terminal which controls the optical signal transmitting/receiving unit and the optical formation of the optical fiber arrangement. As such, a desired optical formation transmission signal is able to be received by adjusting an optimal focus between the optical signal-transmitting unit and the optical signal-receiving unit; thereby improving an accuracy of measurement.
