According to the present invention, disclosed are a system for recommending an optimal credit card, an apparatus for recommending an optimal credit card by using performance deadline extension, and a method using the same. The present invention enables to recommend an optimal credit card by estimating a product expected to be purchased by a user and an amount expected to be paid, and considering at least one among a recommendation algorithm of a payment section corresponding to a current date among a plurality of sections corresponding to a performance determination period, a product expected to be purchased, and an amount expected to be paid, and further considering a possibility of achieving target performance when a deadline for performance is delayed according to a payment section. According to the present invention, it is possible to forecast a product to be purchased and an amount in advance such that a user can use an automatic payment service when a user pays for a product at a store, and recommend the most appropriate payment card on the basis of a purchase date.
