The present invention relates to a die for vacuum-forming and pressure-forming a refrigerator inner case, and more specifically, to a die for vacuum-forming and pressure-forming a refrigerator inner case which, when using a softened sheet and a mold block having multiple vacuum holes to vacuum-form an inner case of a refrigerator, guides the sheet in the form corresponding to the mold block from above the molding block, and includes an assist chamber for supplying pressurized air to an upper part thereof so that, when vacuum-forming a sheet, heat, vacuum, and pressurized air are evenly applied to the entire sheet to allow the sheet to be molded accurately in the shape of the refrigerator inner case, thus significantly reducing related product defect rate. The die for vacuum-forming a refrigerator inner case according to the present invention molds the softened sheet into the shape of a refrigerator inner case, and comprises: a molding block which has a shape corresponding to the shape of a refrigerator inner case, has multiple vacuum holes formed on the surface thereof, and is fixed at an upper part of a base; an assist chamber which is disposed at an upper part of the molding block, has an open lower part creating an inner space, has an interior formed in a shape corresponding to the exterior of the molding block, and includes inside a pressurized air supply unit for supplying pressurized air into the inner space; and a sheet adhering means which raises or lowers the base or the assist chamber in a mutually facing direction to bring the softened sheet into contact with the molding block, and thereby intimately joins the base and the assist chamber.
