Foamable master batch and Polyolefin resin compositions with excellent expandability and direct metallizing property

The present invention relates to a foamable master batch produced through a step of dissolving and extruding a mixture including a polyolefin resin. The mixture comprises: (A) 10-89 wt% of a polyolefin resin; (B) 5-30 wt% of a chemical foaming agent; (C) 5-30 wt% of a heat expandable micro-capsule; and (D) 1-30 wt% of an inorganic filler. Moreover, provided is a polyolefin resin composition having excellent foaming properties and non-plating properties, wherein the polyolefin resin composition includes the foamable master batch. A molded product obtained by foaming and ejecting the polyolefin resin composition according to the present invention satisfies uniform distribution of foaming cells and physical properties, thereby being widely applied as vehicle interior and exterior components. Moreover, a lightweight effect is high, vehicle fuel efficiency is improved.
