An integrated circuit includes a housing, a semiconductor substrate which is arranged in the housing, and an electronic circuit which has a plurality of pins which are extended from the housing to the outside and a rectifier which is arranged on the semiconductor substrate. The rectifier includes a controllable switch. The present invention can improve reliability of a circuit and reduce costs of the circuit by packaging a driving circuit in the integrated circuit.
