The present invention provides a cloud system for controlling a smart car based on information provided from a multilateral smart car. The cloud system comprises at least one smart car for collecting self-status information and upgrading the self-status information through condition information fed-back based on the self-status information; and a cloud server for receiving the self-status information from the smart car, generating the condition information through the self-status information, and transmitting the condition information to the smart car. So, information required for the operation of the smart car can be provided.
