The present invention relates to a bus bar having a fastening part and a bus bar assembly using the same, and more specifically, to a bus bar (10) having a fastening part, being inserted into a printed circuit board (PCB) (20), so as to realize electrical connection, and a bus bar assembly using the same. The fastening part (13) is formed on one side of a bus bar body (11) of the bus bar (10), and comprises: a connection part (15) extended from the bus bar body (11); and wing parts (17, 17) extended from both sides of the connection part (15) to be bent. The wing parts (17, 17) have internal spaces (18, 18) in a space from the connection part (15), respectively, and threads (19, 19) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the wing parts (17, 17). The fastening part (13) is inserted into an insertion hole (21) of the PCB (20), and is fixated by fastening a nut part (30) in a tip of the fastening part (13) passing through the insertion hole (21). According to the present invention, since the bus bar (10) can be attached on and detached from the PCB (20), the bus bar body (11) is separated when a problem occurs in the PCB (20). Thus, the PCB (20) is replaced, so a battery cell can be recycled.
