The present invention relates to a method of forming geothermal well in deep underground. One exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of forming at least two excavation holes for a geothermal well separated from a deep-underground area by a predetermined distance; a step of generating a blasting crack so as to apply a blasting impact to a section where circulating water of the excavation groove is penetrated and extracted and thereby generate an initial crack or expand an existing crack first; and a hydraulic fracturing step of putting mixed injected water, at high pressure, in the section where the circulating water is penetrated and extracted, expanding the initial crack or the first expanded crack, and thereby forming a movement passage for the circulating water between the at least two excavation grooves for the geothermal well.
