The present invention relates to ultrasonic diagnostic equipment to be mounted in a common camera and an elastic device diagnosing method using the same and, more specifically, to an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment including: a camera; a hot-shoe adaptor coupled to the top of the camera and transmitting photographing signals of the camera to an external device; a narrowband ultrasonic wave collecting device coupled and fixated to a connection joint of the hot-shoe adaptor; and an ultrasonic diagnostic body storing the ultrasonic wave signals collected by the narrowband ultrasonic wave collecting device according to the photographing signals of the camera and photographing data. A plate is coupled to one lateral surface of the ultrasonic diagnostic body. The camera or the narrowband ultrasonic wave collecting device is placed on the plate. The narrowband ultrasonic wave collecting device includes a laser pointer coupling unit on a top surface. A laser pointer capable of checking locations where images are taken by the camera and locations of the collected ultrasonic wave signals is coupled to the narrowband ultrasonic wave collecting device.
