The present invention relates to a composition for treating neurotrophic keratopathy, containing thymosin 4 as an active ingredient. Since the composition shows excellent therapeutic effects on neurotrophic keratopathy which has been hard to cure due to absence of treatment methods, the composition of the present invention is expected to be highly applicable in industries as treatment agent for neurotrophic keratopathy or treatment agents for ameliorating or relieving symptoms of neurotrophic keratopathy.
