The present invention relates to a natural ventilation system for a smart window, using a separate carbon dioxide sensor installed inside a room to measure an indoor carbon dioxide concentration in real time, automatically operating a natural ventilation unit installed in a window when a measured carbon dioxide concentration value is a reference value or more, and using a terminal such as a smartphone, etc. to confirm and control a function in real time. According to the present invention, the natural ventilation system is installed in the window including at least a pair of window frames combined in the window frame to be able to open/close, so as to ventilate indoor air. The system comprises: the natural ventilation unit (200) installed in at least one of the window frames to ventilate the indoor air and including a carbon dioxide sensor (210) to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide included in the indoor air; and a control unit (500) using a wireless communication terminal (510) of a user to selectively controlling the natural ventilation unit (200), and displaying a condition of the natural ventilation unit (200) in the wireless communication terminal (510) in real time.
