The present invention relates to a first thruster motor replacement structure for a bow, a drill ship having the same, and a replacement method for the first thruster motor. According to the present invention, a B deck hatch and a helideck hatch are disposed to be located within a turning radius of a first crane located at the foremost bow, and a vertical and horizontal moving unit for vertically and horizontally moving the first thruster motor is provided on the B deck. Accordingly, the first thruster motor of the bow is able to be smoothly replaced while maintaining the optimal arrangement structure of the existing thruster and enlarging the space of superstructure. Therefore, waste of time and cost due to a resetting of a model of the ship and fluid analysis which may occur when changing thruster arrangement is able to be prevented and the best performance in moving speed and dynamic control of the drill ship is able to be maintained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
