The present invention relates to a remote monitoring system for a failure diagnosis of a solar cell panel and a connection board for photovoltaic power generation, capable of improving efficiency by minimizing the heating of a diode, and more particularly, to a monitoring system capable of remotely detecting and monitoring a failure state of a corresponding small group by a means to divide a plurality of solar cell panels of a photovoltaic power plant into small groups and to sense an operation state of the small group, and a connection board for a photovoltaic power generating apparatus, capable of improving efficiency by minimizing the heating of a diode. The system includes a microprocessor for determining the operation state and deterioration of a solar panel module of the small group of the corresponding solar panels, and a communication means which transmits the determination of the operation state and deterioration state of the small group of the solar cell panels and data to a mobile communication terminal of a user at a remote place.
