The present invention relates to a multistage cultivation apparatus installed in a plant factory and receiving new variety vegetable worms seed bacterium cultivated to have a size greater than a predetermined threshold from a new variety vegetable worms seed bacterium apparatus, comprising: a power supply unit for controlling a power received from the outside to supply the power for cultivating the crop; a cultivation bed unit having a mesh form to cultivate the crop at regular distance intervals and to penetrate light of LED lighting installed on a cultivation bed, and including a plurality of cultivation beds; and a lighting unit including CCTV for checking a temperature, humidity, or a cultivation state of the plant factory, and at least one artificial light source, and controlling a part or all among a wavelength, strength, and irradiation period of the artificial light source so as to irradiate light for cultivating the crop. The multistage cultivation apparatus includes IoT equipment for checking a cultivation state with an installed CCTV, and controlling operations of a hot and cold air conditioner that controls light and a temperature of 18 to 24C and an industrial humidifier that controls humidity by using a smartphone or a tablet PC using an IoT device.
