[Solution] The present invention includes: a high-voltage transformer (T1) outputting an alternating current high voltage from a first secondary coil (S1) to an energization sheet (31) by inputting an alternating current voltage to a first primary coil (P1) and boosting the alternating current voltage generated in a first control circuit (12) generating the alternating current voltage by switching a direct current voltage of a power supply circuit (11); a second control circuit (13) generating an alternating current voltage by switching the direct current voltage of the power supply circuit; and a heater transformer (T2) rectifying and smoothing an alternating current voltage of a second secondary coil (S2) and outputting the alternating current voltage to a heater (32) by inputting the alternating current voltage generated in the second control circuit to a second primary coil (P2) and performing voltage conversion on the alternating current voltage with the second secondary coil (S2) connected to the first secondary coil (S1) of the high-voltage transformer. The second primary coil and the second secondary coil are wound around a core of the heater transformer and the core has Ni-Zn as its material.
