The present invention relates to a method for producing a Cudrania tricuspidata health food mixed with a leaf and fruit extract of Cudrania tricuspidata by using, as an active ingredient, the leaf and fruit extract of Cudrania tricuspidata which is a domestic traditional plant resource and has various known bioactivities such as antioxidant, anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anti-atopic effects. The Cudrania tricuspidata health food is produced to intactly contain the effects of Cudrania tricuspidata by molding the leaf and fruit extract of Cudrania tricuspidata into formulation having a shape like a grain-shaped pill, a tablet, and a capsule of a predetermined weight so as to enable busy modern people to carry and easily consume a suitable amount thereof anywhere anytime. The Cudrania tricuspidata health food further comprises seaweed extracts such as kelp and sea mustard. The Cudrania tricuspidata health food is produced in various formulations like a grain-shaped pill, a grain-shaped tablet, and an ellipse capsule so as to enable busy modern people to carry and easily consume the same without losing active ingredients contained in the leaves and fruits of Cudrania tricuspidata, so the active ingredients are combined and functions are compositely improved. Thus, the intrinsic antioxidant, anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-diabetic effects of a leaf and fruit extract of Cudrania tricuspidata are compositely ensured. Also, the leaf and fruit extract of Cudrania tricuspidata is harmonized. Thus, tastes and smells which interrupt consumption are removed, so palatability is ensured and good fragrances are ensured.
