The present invention relates to a vibration analysis method for a piezoelectric energy harvester. The vibration analysis method comprises the steps of: modeling a piezoelectric energy harvester; calculating an equation of motion for a natural vibration characteristic including a ductility effect between a tensile vibration and a bending vibration based on the Timoshenko beam theory for the piezoelectric energy harvester; and calculating a natural frequency of a center axis, a central axis of mass and a neutral axis of the piezoelectric energy harvester based on the equation of motion. The piezoelectric energy harvester includes a piezoelectric layer having one end fixed to a base and including a metal auxiliary material consisting of a metal component and a piezoelectric layer formed on one surface of a lower layer, wherein the piezoelectric layer is formed of lead zirconate titanate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
