The present invention may overcome an uppermost limit of a depth which an optical coherence tomography (OCT) or optical coherence microscopy (OCM) device is able to image because the present invention successively cuts tissue desired to be examined by each predetermined thickness in a direction of a depth, images, stacks, and aligns each a plurality of resultant slices; and then combines the resultant slices in one three-dimensional image and also may acquire three-dimensional information without a limit to a scale of the tissue. Moreover, the OCT device or the OCM device is able to more precisely examine tissue due to it having higher resolutions when compared to existing devices such as computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
