According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for stepwise distribution of profit according to redevelopment and re-registration of software, which distributes profit in stages according to redevelopment and re-registration of software for an electronic device such as a computer, a smartphone or the like, comprises: an original software registration step of accessing a server by a first user terminal to register an original software; an upgrade software re-registration step of purchasing the original software from the server and receiving the transmitted original software by a second user terminal and correcting the original software or re-registering an upgraded software through additional development to the server; an upgrade software purchasing step of purchasing the upgraded software from the server by a third user terminal; and a profit distribution step of distributing a predetermined profit to the first user terminal and the second user terminal by the server when the third user terminal purchases the upgraded software.
