The present invention relates to a method for complex aging of imported beef, which comprises two-step of the complex aging, including a wet aging process and a dry aging, while utilizing an non-roasting area of a relatively low cost, to a method for preparing the complex aged beef using imported beef, and to the complex aged beef prepared by the preparing method.
