The present invention relates to a method for complex aging of imported beef, which comprises two-step of the complex aging, including a wet aging process and a dry aging, while utilizing an non-roasting area of a relatively low cost, to a method for preparing the complex aged beef using imported beef, and to the complex aged beef prepared by the preparing method. When aging the imported beef by the complex aging method and the method for preparing the complex aged beef, known as problems of an existing non-roasting area of imported beef, tough texture is improved and a flavor is enhanced, thereby having an advantage of preparing aged beef with superior functionality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
