The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a deco sheet for a furniture material and a deco sheet for a furniture material and, more particularly, to an apparatus for manufacturing a deco sheet for a furniture material and a deco sheet for a furniture material for embossing formation on the deco sheet attached to a surface or furniture or the like. The apparatus for manufacturing a deco sheet for a furniture material according to the present invention includes: a supply roller around which paper is wound; a printing unit forming a printing layer on an upper surface of the paper supplied from the supply roller; a drying unit drying the deco sheet where the printing layer is formed on the upper surface of the paper; an embossing unit forming the embossing by applying pressure to the dried deco sheet; and a winding roller winding the deco sheet after the embossing is formed. The embossing unit includes: an embossing roll that has an outer peripheral surface where a first uneven portion is formed; a driving unit rotating the embossing roll; and a driven roll rotating in synchronization with the embossing roll and having an outer peripheral surface coming into contact with the embossing roll. As the deco sheet passes between the embossing roll and the driven roll that are in contact with each other, both the paper and the printing layer of the deco sheet are deformed by the first uneven portion.
