SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING USER CUSTOMIZED MOVING IMAGE USING LITERARY WORK INFORMATION BY COPYRIGHT AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a system for producing a user customized moving picture using literary work information by a copyright owner and a method thereof. The system for producing a user customized moving picture using literary work information by a copyright owner comprises: a copyright management server, a moving picture production management server and a user terminal. The copyright management server forms a database of copyright information on at least one among a sound source, a signature, and a portrait image according to each copyright owner and stores and manages the database. The moving picture production management server is connected to the copyright management server to be provided with copyright information stored according to each copyright owner and reflects the copyright information to a template for producing a moving picture and a moving picture production algorithm to provide a moving picture production service. The user terminal is provided with the template and the moving picture production algorithm from the moving picture production management server and automatically arranges data, which is input through a graphic user interface (GUI) configured based on the template and the moving picture production algorithm, on each scene of the template selected by a user, thereby generating user moving picture information data. The moving picture production management server is provided with the user moving picture information data generated from the user terminal, performs moving picture rendering based on the user moving picture information data to generate a user moving picture file, and then, transmits the generated user moving picture file to the user terminal. Accordingly, even a user having no knowledge of production and designing of a moving picture is allowed to easily and rapidly produce a moving picture.
