The present invention provides a method for driving an office system including a smart chair using a brain wave. The method for driving the office system including the smart chair according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a weight measuring step for measuring weight of a user by using a pressure sensor installed on the smart chair; a brain wave measuring step for measuring the brain wave of the user by using the brain wave sensor installed on the smart chair; a state determining step for analyzing the measured brain wave to determine the state of the user; and a state displaying step for displaying the state of a plurality of employees on the monitor of a manager.
