The present invention relates to a CCU system with improved carbon dioxide utilization. An object of the present invention is to provide a CCU system which can improve the stability of equipment and the utilization rate of carbon dioxide by removing hydrogen by separating and treating the byproduct hydrogen from the carbon dioxide in an electrochemical carbon dioxide conversion process and re-supplying the carbon dioxide to an electrolysis tank. In the CCU system (100) having improved carbon dioxide utilization according to the present invention, the hydrogen produced as a byproduct is removed from a catalytic reaction part under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure conditions, and the gas from which hydrogen is removed, that is, carbon dioxide, is recycled from the catalytic reaction part to an anode reaction tank of the electrolysis tank, thereby improving the utilization rate of carbon dioxide.
