One embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing non-woven fabric including a ball type fiber buffer, including a web supply apparatus (100) supplying synthetic fiber separated in a web shape to a web collection transferrer (200), so as to continuously stack the synthetic fiber. The web supply apparatus (100) comprises: a web supplier (110) supplying the synthetic fiber separated in the web shape on the upper surface of the web collection transferrer (200) to stack the synthetic fiber; a ball type fiber buffer supplier (120) supplying the ball type fiber buffer on the upper surface of the synthetic fiber separated in the web shape stacked on the upper surface of the web collection transferrer (200); and an adhesives coater (130) coating adhesives on the upper surface of the synthetic fiber separated in the web shape stacked on the upper surface of the web collection transferrer (200). According to the present invention, since simple improvement is added in an existing non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus when the apparatus of manufacturing the non-woven fabric including the ball type fiber buffer is configured, a basic configuration of existing equipment can be used without modification, and thereby manufacturing costs can be reduced and productivity can be increased. Moreover, since processes of supplying the ball type fiber buffer and adding the adhesives are simplified during a combination process of the non-woven fabric including the ball type fiber buffer, working time is shortened, and thereby the productivity and the manufacturing costs can be reduced.
