The present invention relates to a method for working an injection mold for injection-molded product molding with a small precise screw portion formed, to precisely work specifications such as molded screw thread, angle of screw thread, pitch, valley, and ridge in working an injection mold for molding an injection-molded product provided with a precise screw portion while having a small size such as a mobile phone camera holder. The method comprises: an injection mold base material preparing step of working a screw forming portion (10) at which a thread is to be worked and an installation hole (11) of a discharge electrode at the lower end thereof in base materials (A, A′) of an injection mold separated on both sides; an electrode preparing step of 2-stage discharge electrodes (20, 20′) having the same shape worked with specifications of a screw to be worked at the lower end of an electrode (B), to be separated at a predetermined interval; a working preparing step of coupling the base materials (A, A′) of the worked injection mold, immersing the base materials in an insulation liquid of a CNC lathe (not illustrated), and coupling the electrode (B) to a chuck of the CNC lathe; a first working process of inserting a 1-stage discharge electrode (20) of the electrode (B) to the screw forming portion (10) of the base materials (A, A′) of the injection mold immersed in the insulation liquid and performing discharge working while rotating; and a second working process of stopping, when the 1-stage discharge electrode (20) is worn in the first working step, the rotating and discharge working, lowering the electrode (B), positioning the 2-stage discharge electrode (20′) at the screw forming position (10), and performing rotating and discharge working.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
