The present invention provides a method of measuring a degree of surface treatment of a material and a system, wherein the method comprises: a step of photographing a surface of a material under an existence of light in a surface photographing unit; a step of acquiring image information of a surface of the material, wherein the image information is acquired through photographing of the surface photographing unit; a step of calculating the degree of surface treatment of the material from the acquired image information with a correlation between the image information and the degree of surface treatment; and a step of comparing the acquired degree of surface treatment with a reference value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
