The present invention relates to a rayon conjugate yarn using a mono yarn and a method of manufacturing fabric using the rayon conjugate yarn. The objective of the present invention is to provide a summer clothing fabric which has high tensile strength, excellent elasticity and stretch, no wrinkle, low percentage of moisture content for solving contracting properties, and easy water-wash and dry, by doubling and twisting the mono yarn and rayon filament yarn to manufacture the rayon conjugate yarn and then manufacture the fabric using the rayon conjugate yarn. The present invention is configured to double and twist the mono yarn (PBT, nylon, and polyester) and the rayon filament yarn for manufacturing the rayon conjugate yarn, and weave at 50:50 ratio of a warp to a weft and a Z-twist to an S-twist by using the rayon conjugate yarn. According to the present invention, when the mono yarn and the rayon conjugate yarn are mixed to manufacture the fabric, the fabric has high tensile strength, excellent elasticity and stretch, no wrinkle, and low percentage of moisture content for easy water-wash and dry, so that it is suitable for the summer clothing fabric.
